Ooh what did you apply for?

Law and Economics as a backup (although I really should've chosen PPE in hindsight). Best of luck to us both!
Applied for Maths and 2nd choice, Physics.
They increased the number of places this year. So hopefully we’ll be good.
Any idea on how candidates are picked?

Probably a mix of those who meet the criteria that’s stated and grades and personal statement
But they did emphasise the criteria but quite a lot

Hey all! Really glad to hear you've all applied - I did UNIQ last year and have an offer from Oxford to start Sept 19 to study History (just got to get AAA now lol!).

I just wanted to say that UNIQ is an incredible course and will be a great experience, but if you do for any reason not get the outcome you were hoping for please don't be put off. Just keep applying for other opportunities, and don't be put off aiming for Oxbridge. I got rejected by Durham Supported Progression and for Cambridge Student Shadowing Scheme but things have worked out okay for me in the end!

Good Luck guys - it's a great opportunity but remember it isn't the end of the world either! 😊
