What do you mean by "support yourself"?

You should admit to your mistakes, tell them you're sorry and that you won't do it again.

Admit to it and accept whatever happens.

There is no excuse for this.

I would also recommend spelling it right in your statement

Not enough information to get an idea of whats gone on.
You need to i what they have caught you for and whether you are guilty.
Do you admit to what they are accusing you of?
Is this an official hearing?
Have you done it before?

It can have very serious consequences.

Go and see the student adviser, but you need to take it seriously. Other than it should have a serious and respectful tone along with some genuine contrition plus acknowledgement of the seriousness of the situation, then as we dont know whats happened its difficult to say what to write. You shouldn't defend yourself directly unless you can prove you are innocent, but you should also avoid admitting more than you need to.
