Sugar daddies and the money you can get?

I've recently gone into this sugar daddy 'world' as you can call it, and I've received so much financial help in the past three months. My sugar daddy has been giving me x amount a week which varies but it's such easy money, it feels like cheating. I've been able to buy a macbook, airpods, a new phone, and some bits and bobs for my revision. Also I am working part time meaning with that money, I pay the rent and sometimes go out with friends.

What's your views on sugar daddies and do any of you have any?

Have you completed a self-assessment tax return?
That's great. Consenting adults paying/selling seemingly harmless service. I don't see the problem.

i personally find it very disturbing - unless they are at most 15 years apart is about reasonable. But beyond that, there's gonna be big differences. There's nothing really wrong with OP's situation, but ethically it kinda is.
I know a few girls who do this.
I wouldn't do it, don't have the looks or personality for it.
If sex is involved, it's literally sleeping with a rich older guy or multiple guys in exchange for cash or goods to the value.
There's too much of an overlap between being a sugarbaby, escorting and prostitution.

I think there's a wide spectrum for sugar daddies.
At one extreme, older guys who want to pay for an exclusive sexual arrangement with a good looking younger woman who is not a professional sex worker.
On the other side, lonely older guys that want to pay for friendship and the regular company of a good looking female younger than them.
Its consensual between adults & legal.
A job's is a job at the end of the day, there are certainly worse ways to earn a living.
how do you live with such shame
There is no morality in this whatsoever. One of the things I absolutely disagree with, something sinister about it.
I don’t really know what’s so bad about it- it is exchanging sex for goods like so what? Bet half these people saying it’s bad watch porn lol

Ok... Was this in reply to me or what? I don't know why quoting me was necessary.
I live just fine, thanks. Lol. Why do you feel as though it is so bad? x

Well, it just depends on what you want to do. It could include taking pictures, having sex or so on. Personally, the sugar daddy I have just wants to talk about his life, in general, every day for at least 15 minutes. So it's nothing sexually oriented but like personal attention almost. Many people who are looking for a sugar baby just want to talk. Some don't. It really depends on the people you choose. x

I hope you put some of your ‘hard-earned’ money into charity...

Cos it is? I'm aware you find it unethical but you haven't really explained why. Your comment seemed like a simple statement, not one that was meant to be in reply to me. But fair enough, I guess.

Because OP is making money off his “weakness” in a sense. And a sugar daddy ... how weird it must be to have an intimate relationship with someone around your parents age?

And fast food restaurants make money of people's "weaknesses", is a fast food restaurants having consenting individuals take part in a legal and relatively harmless transaction (in moderation) unethical?

Yes it's a bit weird, I personally don't think that's an indicator to how ethical it is tho.
