Omg amazing well done! I still haven’t heard :frown: what was the offer if you don’t mind me asking?

A*AA which I think is the standard offer. Hope you hear soon!

Just got an offer from Durham! Anyone know what campus code Z means?

Edit: apparently it means that they haven't chosen a college yet

Congratulations, rlewa. I think that's the first Durham Liberal Arts offer I've seen!

Has anybody else heard back from Durham?

P.s. campus code Z just means that they haven’t allocated your college yet - it will change when you get allocated.
Is anyone putting King’s as their firm?xx
Welp got 4/5 but waiting on King’s (aka my dream school) the tension is killing me!

5/5 anyone thinking of firming King’s wanna chat?
So far, @rlewa on 29 Jan is the only Liberal Arts offer I've seen for Durham.

Have the offer floodgates opened for someone else?

Hi! It's nice to meet you all 💛

Name: Melissa

Grades/Predicted Grades: I've studied statistics/higher maths and sociology last year, and am studying history and English literature this year, with 30 credits at Distinction, and predicted 45 credits at Distinction overall (which equals AAA). I find Access to HE courses are hard to explain in terms of their relation to other qualifications!

Universities you are applying to: UCL (Arts and Sciences), and Bristol, Leeds, Exeter and Durham (Liberal Arts). So far I have conditional offers from Bristol, Leeds and Exeter but I'm still waiting for Durham, and have to take a Maths and Science admissions exam for UCL in 2 weeks (yikes!)

Major: Not sure, probably English literature, marketing/creative arts or sociology... Would love my degree to be as mixed and creative as possible!

Why you want to do Liberal Arts: I was finding it really hard to narrow down my interests in order to pick a degree and specialise in something - and realised I could get the best of both worlds and study the liberal arts! 😄

my friend just got an offer from Durham for Liberal Arts - A*AA

She’s mainly focusing on philosophy and as they’re undersubscribed she thinks that’s why she’s heard back fairly quickly (faster than everyone else, anyway).

Man I'm so confused why it's just been me I thought they would have given out more offers by now how strange :/
Has anyone heard back from Birmingham after sending their admissions essay?

Hi guys! I’m so happy to find this thread. I’ve applied for all liberal arts degrees at Bristol, Warwick, Nottingham, Exeter and Keele. My grades were equivalent of A*AAA (I studied in South Africa) and did the subjects art, history, geography, English, maths and French.

I’ve gotten offers to Bristol and Exeter so far. Is anyone else really considering Bristol as their firm?
Xx

I'm considering Bristol as my firm!! I'm on the Access to Bristol scheme so I'm doing a kind of trial run of the Liberal Arts degree. I'm loving Anthropology and Archaeology lectures so far. What subjects were you thinking of taking there? I also like the look of Exeter and Leeds, it's hard to choose but I'm going to all the offer holder days to see what they're like!

That’s so great to hear! I’m really interested in Anthropology and history. Was thinking about going to the offer days as well... are they worth it?

After monitoring this thread for a few weeks, I thought I would let everybody know that my daughter received an offer from Durham last night.
