Online Casino refusing to pay out !!

I recently joined bcasino and was given a £5 free no deposit bonus. I turned that into £200 via playing roulette. I went to withdraw but the operator on live chat told me that the maximum amount that can be withdrawn from the bonus would be £100. I was annoyed that the other £100 would be forfeited but I understood.I made the withdraw for £100 but later the same day I was informed I had allegedly exceeded the amount I could bet that I bet too high and I would be stripped of everything I had won, the £100 bonus. I was completely unaware that you could only bet so much on roulette and also I had not made any excessive bets. I asked for proof of where I had bet too much yet they would not say only that I would have to wait a while for a response and it could take a while. After I withdrew the £100 pound I knew the other £120 on the shown balance I would not be able to withdraw anyway so I bet up to £18 on roulette but that should not affect anything as what was left after the withdraw wasn't mine anyway apparently and was to be forfeited which I knew anyway the operator claims that I broke the rules before the withdraw but I have no idea how or when and have been shown no proof.I feel it is a ploy to strip me on winnings as I won that much from a free £5 welcome bonus.

No, I met the wagering requirements long before, it allowed me to withdraw but only 100 instead of the 220 as they said could only take 100 max so the other 120 would be forfeited. Then got an email saying the 100 pound withdraw has been scrapped as I broke the rules that I was not oermiperm to bet more than 50 p a spin which absurd

Did you actually read the Terms and Conditions prior to using the free bet?
