FM Stiffness Problem

A metal plate of mass 15 kg is placed on top of a spring. The result is that the spring is compressed by 3 cm.

So, what problem are you having?

Stiffness = Force / displacement

And plug in the numbers.
Well i did using Force/compression = 15*9.8/0.03 that gives me 4900 N/m but the answer is wrong.It's on integral test (H1) so i don't even have the answer 🤔😩

Can't see anything wrong 15g/0.03 and then whatever value you use for g.

How do you know it's wrong if you don't have the answer?

Never heard of "integral test (H1)". Do you have a link/photo?

OK, assuming the value of g=9.8 is the one they expect you to use, then I think there's an error in the question.
