How do you know your customer reference number?

How do you find out what your customer reference number is? Do I need to sign into something to know this?

It ll be somewhere when you re logged into your online account or on any letters from student finance.

Your Customer Reference Number is available on your online account which you can sign in to here: https://www.gov.uk/student-finance-register-login

Alternatively, you should be able to find this on any correspondence we have sent you.
