Why is the oxidation number of sulphur in HS03 +4 and not +5?

Nevermind! Just realised that HS03 is an anion with a -1 charge. Whoops.

Its not that bad. Everyone always said its horrible to me when I was in year 12 but then you get through the year waiting for some hard ass complicated topic but it never comes.

My advice is to consistently use PHysics Maths Tutor throughout the year and you will be fine.
Looking back, I wish my school had done transition metals first and then theoretical topics later, as its SO heavily based on fact recall.

Yeah I need to checkout physics maths tutor are you aqa?
So far I've found equilibrium and redox reactions difficult but I've got my head round them are transition metals in A2? Are you gonna do chemistry at uni?
