Investing in such a small variety of companies is extremely high risk.

No, bought initially at $36, I have 215 shares in SQ. Start ups are risky, I want to lower risk by building a bigger holding in Apple and Visa.

I know, but these are quality companies. Like I said only Square and Just Eat are high risk and will give me sleepless nights in a recession.
