For A christmas carol..maybe the cratchits/fred/fezziwig..the stark contrast between them and scrooge..idk

2017 was effects of war, 2018 was power so I guess 2019 may be nature or identity

If you’re struggling with identity watch Mr salles go through the poems on YouTube and you’ll be fine

to be honest I wouldn't stress too much on the themes

as long as you have pairs of two (or three) similar poems that you can constantly pick out similarities with via quotes , you should be fine

for example these are my pairings:

Ozymandias + Tissue
War Photographer + Remains
Poppies + Kamikaze
Checking Out Me History + My Last Duchess
The Prelude + The Emigree
London + Storm on the Island
Exposure + Bayonet Charge + Charge of the Light Brigade
