Mark scheme says ketone and amine, how come?

hmmm im thinking...because it's AS not A2, they expect u to only know ketones and amines as seperate functional groups. maybe theyre intentionally misleading u bc u havent learnt amides till u reach y13

the C=O N- structure implies an amide, not an amine.... ^^
Hehe i know thalidomide from Breaking Bad im not even doing a level chem. thalidomide can help you sleep but its optical isomer can cause birth defects.
