Edexcel GCSE Science (Biology) Paper 1 1BI0 1H - 14 May 2019 [Exam Discussion]

Hello,
does anyone have any predictions for the upcoming Biology paper tomorrow?
Our teacher was thinking that perhaps there would be a six marks question on preparing an experiment for respiration.

Wold make sense tbh. I have no predictions, but a question. I'm doing IGCSE bio. do you think you may have an idea on what might be needed out of 180 to get a pass? any grade boundary predictions ?

I don't do IGCSE, but you should look for last year's boudaries too see. They're not gonna be the same, but they can be helpful
yeah, I just wasn't sure if the 9-1 is similar marking to the last years? as it wasn't marked like that, if you get me? not too sure how different the marking schemes are this year to last year

i heard alot of predictions on tissue culture and protein synthesis
ooh maybe tissue culture coz I don't think they brought it up last year
or if they did not a lot?

what my teacher said that they may be something on neurons *hint**hint* maybe reflex ark
protein synthesis is paper 1 not 2

so you need to translation and transcription for paper 1?

guys you are tapped look at the specification it says protein synthesis is paper 2
