I read somewhere that come girls/women always wear panty liners. For some it's even 24/7.

I haven't warn a panty liner in years. Is that normal?

Only wear them for a couple of days during periods. They increase your risk of getting thrush (and probably UTIs) so I's rather avoid them as much as possible.

Yeah I know, it sounded really erotic and hot, "I'm wearing panty liners" but it's like the total opposite. SOO yeah woops.

I kind of wear them all the time but change them at least twice a day?

Am I the only one who even after wiping multiple times still gets pee/discharge drops on their pants? Discharge afternoon you wake up anyone?

Trimming/shaving really helps with that (if you already do that, then idk)
