Agree about the listening! I thought that the questions were weird e.g rather than giving you 4 options to choose from, they told you 2 and you had to pick 2!

I found it okay except the listening it seemed quite hard especially item 2 in places
Wait we had to pick two options for the listening? 😲

What?
I agree about the unpredictables! Thankfully I had memorised them ones (as well as 10 others lol) beforehand so I’m happy with how writing went
Also, what did people put for the last question for item two? (Three market about the carnival)
I put people listened to the orchestra, danced in the streets and sang traditional songs but I don’t know if any of that is right ahhaha
What do you mean? We had to pick two choices or was it for each item we had to pick one choice?

I think it was the greatest exam paper of all time. Personally, I think the reading and writing were a gift from god 😂 The listening was great too. I thought Item 1 was harder than Item 2 which is normally not the case as 2 is worth more marks. Couldn't be happier with it, the sqa have redeemed themselves after the maths 😂

I don’t understand what you are saying? It depended on what the question asked you, like the sports one in item 2
It was a godsend. Finished reading and writing in 45 minutes and the listening was the easiest I've ever done (though it was slightly harder than Spanish) However I thought the pacing of item 1 was strange like 3 answers in a row then like a good full minute of speech with no answers whatsoever.

Ironic that I'm not taking French and Spanish next year even though they were the easiest exams I've done (with very very minimal revision)
Anyway that is me exam free. Good luck with the rest of your exams everyone.

I thought all 3 papers were good. The only one that really threw me was the second reading passage about that travel app thing, and the dictionary didn’t have many answers.

They were quite kind to us with the unpredictable bullets I thought, although I wasn’t sure what to put for information so I just asked where the workplace was in relation to the airport.
Oh, “produits locaux” for d. I spent ages thinking on that and thought it was l’ something.
Also put “sugary things” for sucrerie, as I had only ever heard bonbons for sweets, which I doubt’ll get me the mark. Still, only two lost is about average for me in listenings so fine.
