Go to form wizard and use all of the customer fields. Then just add a new record button and a save button

okay thanks what about labels for the form like 'forename cannot be left blank' do you add that as well?

If you state what the 2 and 3 query questions are I can put the answer. I have completed them but don’t remember the question

How do you do the query when you have to add up adult and child tickets, then subtract that by the maximum amount of tickets. Literally been stuck on that for ages.

I dont even know what to put in the tables...
