i had a very large meal this evening with a lot of carbohydrates involved and quite fatty foods too, it made me quite thirsty so i ended up drinking a lot of water afterwards. now i feel very full up and even slightly sick, my stomach seems swollen even more so than just a full stomach. i also feel quite sleepy and tired and keep almost drifting off but i'm terrified i'll go into some sort of coma or something if i do. should i go to a&e??????

You'll be fine. You've just eaten too much. Gp to sleep and you'll feel fine in the morning.

It's a natural reaction to feel sleepy after a heavy meal, especially at a late hour like this. That being said if you are concerned or in any pain ring NHS 111 and describe your symptoms
