Part Time Application Opening?

Hello, I am currently in the process of accepting my place at a London university to start my Part 2 MArch in Architecture (Part Time) i was hoping someone could tell em when i can apply for student finance? Also i was unsure if the Part 2 architecture MArch (Part Time) was covered by SFE so could you elaborate on that too?

Did you complete Riba part 1 on a full time or part time basis?
