Why do so many girls fancy me?

I am in a relationship, but many girls flirt with me and try to attract my attention, it happens all the time at work and college.

Think of it like an Amazon review. You're more likely to want to buy something because other people found it good.

Having a girlfriend is "proof" that you're desirable as a boyfriend, therefore girls would find you more appealing.
