How will a codified constitution in the UK politicised the judiciary???

???
This feels like an essay question you want help with? rather than a genuine discussion.

Could be wrong though.

No not an essay question...I am just struggling to understand why???
If it's like the US constitution, where the executive appoint the judges and they are confirmed by the legislature, then yes the judiciary will become politicised but it all depends on the appointment of judges. The media arguably already politicise the judiciary enough in major cases so codified or not that will continue, but overall codification of the constitution shouldn't massively affect the politicisation of judges, seeing as we have basically just separated the judiciary from the legislature too. Hope this helped
It would take us probably 20 years to agree any form of written constitution, if how long the House of Commons has taken to agree anything over Brexit is an indication.
