BTEC Applied Science Unit 1 Predictions

Hi, how is everyone feeling in preparation to the U1 exams on Tuesday the 21st and Wednesday the 22nd? Are there any key areas which you think might come up?

Im feeling okay. it is just so many things to memorize. how are you feeling?
I think nerve impulse , muscle fibres (slow and fast twitch) and maybe atherosclerosis as well as some of the other topics such as the pro and eu cells etc..

The positive and negative gram question was the best :biggrin:
how did everyone find it. it went really well, i didn't really knew much on the stomach acid question and might not add enough for the last question. although every else was pretty easy. the bacteria count was the easiest 4 markers, 96,000 :biggrin:

that good, i just times the minutes (60x2) then divide 120 by 20 to get 6 then i did 1500x2(6), 6 being squared, hopefully, i done enough for an Distinction , but i feeling more of a meirt now, how did you find the stomach question one?
All I want is a pass as science has always be difficult for me so hopefully I’ll get a pass
