Aqa english literature and langauge 2019 a level

Havent seen this thread yet so made one- anyone have predictions for handmaids tale, paris anthology or poetry duffy. Any last minute advice?? or just general conversation about the paper tbf

Yeah gotta memorise some of the poetry ones, I can only think of enjambment, caesura

for structure: yh what u said stanzas you can also talk about the absence of ryhme or if there is a rhyme scheme, beginingng middle end. sentence tyoes imperatives declaratives modal verbs, interrogatives...
form: free verse narrative, dramagoc monologue ballard.... erm dunno lol

u can talk about handmaids forbidden to read and write
talk about flashbacks and offred ( homodigetic narrator) memories
theocracy and totalitarian
could.compare to george orwells 1984 aboit how civilians are comtrolled and constantly watched on
patriarchy and hierarchy
male domination
different ceremonies
gilead harsh treatment
biblical references
religious allegorical langauge
constucting own story
anything that doesnt sound realistic lioe on todays society hope that helps
