GCSE AQA History- Norman Environment Study?!

So is anyone here studying Norman England for GCSE AQA History and has no clue how to do the environment study on Pevensey Castle?!?
Like we were give sheets of information directly from the AQA website but there’s nothing directly about Pevensey on there so was wondering if anyone else is doing it and how you’ve approached it since it’s the most confusing thing I’ve attempted .

I'm struggling also, we were given the same information (the aqa booklet on it) but I'm unsure what exactly I need to learn
