How do i fix my hair?

so i bleached it from black to blonde and i may have purposely put too much into my roots and some parts of my hair and it’s proper blonde. will i have to remove that to get my hair purple? or should i bleach the rest to make it blonde so the purple hair dye can be vibrant?

depends. pastel purple? or regular/dark purple? if pastel - you need to bleach the rest of it to pale/yellow blonde first. if regular/dark purple, you will be fine, it will cover up the blonde.

Directions will give you that, no permanent hair colour exists in that depth of shade.

i got this hair dye that’s coming on Wednesday and it has made people’s hair that colour. anyways i got my answer

not sure if your hair is light enough for this shade tbh. i thought you were after something less 'bright'. and a semi perm hair dye only works on pale blonde. if you are gonna bleach again tho, make sure to give your hair a break first

so how purple can it get? i’m not gonna bleach it again . i guess i’ll just have to wait and see

Superdrug carry some stuff in those colours that go from wash out in one wash to wash out in 28 washes to permanent. Also you probably already know this, but please give it a week or so between bleaches/dyes and specialist shampoo to preserve your hair.

what hair dye have you ordered? is it a semi permanent one? deep/plum shade of purple would defo cover the orange up. not sure about anything lighter tho. best to always do a strand test to make sure you like the colour.
