Haven’t seen a thread for the 2019 family/beliefs paper 2 so started one here. What did everyone think?

family ageing population 10 marker - i did changes to pension ages, and a paragraph on young carers’ grant/carers act because of increased responsibility on the young to care for an ageing population, would that be right?

family childhood/marriage and divorce - one paragraph on more lone parents so more female role models in female headed LPFs, one paragraph on more stepfamilies so a more positive sibling relationship

feminism 20 marker - difference feminism paragraph, marxist feminism paragraph, radical feminism (millett and firestone and cultural explanation so dobash and dobash, yearnshire), and a material explanation (crompton and lyonette, edgell), and a paragraph on functionalism/new right. analysed with different theories.

beliefs 10 marker on conservative forces: paragraph on functionalism, one on marxism

10 marker on globalisation and secularisation: 1 paragraph on ‘science ans technology’ so weber and rationalisation, bruce and a technological worldview, analysed with lyon and re-enchantment. one paragraph however on fundamentalism and the growth of religion in a secular fundamentalism (davie), but analysed with fundamentalists not being a majority (not sure if it’s right?)

beliefs 20 marker - 1 paragraph on risk socialisation (miller and hoffman), 1 paragraph on false consciousness (feminist explanation), 1 paragraph on womens’ attraction to NRMs and NAMs (heelas and woodhead - Kendal) due to identity in a consumerist society.
For the globalisation question I discussed world rejecting movement such as the people's temple. Is that wrong?
So did I so... if it’s wrong I’m sorry😂😂

I did kind of the same on families 10 markers but on the 20 markers I only talked about feminism and radical with dobash and dobash and then talked about functionalist, Marxist, new right and postmodernists on their view of nuclear family. Is that wrong?
For the 10 marker about Conservative force I wrote about how the church has monopoly of the truth etc because it asked about the church? Is this wrong as everyone else wrote about theories

as long as you link to a theory should be fine. so postmodernists believe it’s just another metanarrative claiming a monopoly of the truth, but the examiner should know what you meant anyway

am i likely to lose alot of marks if I mention a theory and what ideology it belongs to but fail to mention the specific sociologists name?
My teacher said that the sociologist name is something you can't get penalised for, so no it's absolutely fine

same, i sat there for 10 minutes just thinking, came up with policies but even if you don’t include specific policies you can get the marks
