- Pinch yourself
- Bite your tongue
- Stretch
- Have a cold shower
- Wash face with cold water
- Go for a walk/jog around the neighbourhood
- Consume caffeinated drinks
- Don't listen to music
- Put a alarm on in advance for every 30mins incase you do fall asleep as well as to time when to take breaks
