GCSE results day 2019 ??
Does anyone know what date we should be getting our results next year?

Not quite. About 10 years ago it was a Tuesday as they'd messed the dates up and otherwise N Irish schools would have started the Autumn term before the results were issued.

22nd August 2019 for summer GCSEs which is one day earlier than last year as you may expect.
GCSE results day is normally on the Thursday of the third week of August unless something is happening to change like schools starting earlier in a certain section of the UK so that it happens after the start of the autumn term and not before during the long, summer holidays.

I have a friend whose birthday is on results day too- mines two days before luckily so I won't be crying over my results
