Can I apply to student loan as im holding out till results day to get into a good uni so i dont hold a offer. Can i still apply for student finance. Thanks
I would advise that you do otherwise you may not get the finance when the start of term begins and that may make payments for accommodation, resources etc. difficult
However for student finance you do have to put a University that you're going to/applied to down so they know how much to pay you, though this can later be changed. I'm not sure if this has to be a firmed uni or one which you have a place at though

yes apply now, and put a uni you think you might apply to then you can change it later.
