They usually say Oxford and Cambridge, HOWEVER you can not necessarily rely on league boards so you should look at the course, student life, and support that is provided rather than just the university overall

It's actually Manchester metropolitan
For Art & Design, Leeds Arts University is the best. It's the only Art Specialist Uni in the North and the North is affordable, so it's student friendly. The city Leeds is a student city, and the courses there have maximum 40 students so their standards are high and you get more help. For Academics, it's Oxford and Cambridge usually.

Shrewsbury university offers some of the most useful degrees out there with all the nightlife of central London.

We're based in the beautiful medieval town of Shrewsbury with two principal sites; Guildhall and Rowley’s House. Their convenient location is just a short walk from the town centre but unfortunately, not close to central London!
