Questions about determinism are usually about being held responsible for actions rather than beliefs, so it's an odd one, but yes I think it's about free will and moral responsibility, determinism, especially psychological determinism, and perhaps even political philosophy and freedom of thought.

It's not hard to see how factors such as where you are born to have an impact in your belief systems, so yes it could deal with themes in determinism.
