CAS letter sending out date

International students need CAS number to prepare for Tier4 Visa application, and it usually takes certain periods of time (02 months) to complete this procedure. Therefore, knowing in advance the CAS issue date will help students better planning their Visa application process.

You can probably contact the uni and ask how long the average application takes to process as they sometimes have targets, but its a very busy time for the uni at this stage as they have to process thousands of cas requests. They are all individual, need to be checked and not all of them provide the correct or clear evidence. They can give you a very rough guide but not a date, just get your application in early and sort out all the document and evidence needed. Universities have been doing this for a long time so be patient.
