i dont understand the unit circle method for trigonometry to find angles in a specific range..HELPPP

Is there a question you're stuck with?

Really, for a unit (hypotenuse or radius) circle you have
(x,y) = (cos(t), sin(t))
and the quadrants where x or y is negative, give the signs for the corresponding trig terms.
