yep yep, I also get the urge to throw up even though theres nothing in my stomach lol. I also feel so weak and my legs feel like jelly :frown:

idk if im weird but those life hacks use to make my period heavier maybe i was just more aware of my period when watching those hacks
U are so lucky then , my cramps are so bad sometimes i legit cant get out of bed unless i take my pain killers
