Pharmacology Books

I will be joining on a Pharmacology course at Queen Mary University of London. Well, pharmacology was never the first choice, Medicine was, but here I am, which is why I really wanted to do some preparatory work as I don't have much idea.
I just wanted some advice on books maybe even MOOCs for the first year.

Thanks for the reply, bobby147. I checked out the book, and it looks more of a reference book, maybe because it was for the biomedical course, but it is still full of resources. Any textbooks for the first year could be more helpful.
