River Thames missing swimmers: Body recovered near Canary Wharf

That is very sad swimming in the river can be very dangerous.
this is why I'm scared of water
Scottish Lochs and beaches can be nice to swim in; albeit cold, but why anyone would want to swim in the Thames, full of muck as it is, is beyond me

Some scottish beaches, especially on skye and in the hebrides, are positively gorgeous; no pollution, clear blue sea, white sand. Beautiful
