Distance-learning language degree options?

Does anyone know of any universities in the UK or Europe which offer distance-learning degrees in foreign languages?

Either a degree in two languages (saw the OU has French and Spanish, for example) or in a language and other subject (i.e. Arabic and International relations, at the uni of Westminster).

Particularly looking for qualifications in any of the following: Spanish, French, Arabic, Hindi, Swahili, Danish, Romanian.

And, to make things a teeny bit more complicated, somewhere which does it for less than the usual 9000 a year would be good.

Thanksssssss...
@Snufkin wondering if have some gems of wisdom for the OP here?

Taught in English? Apart from the OU, not really. A few UK unis do distance-learning Celtic Studies degrees - but unless you're interested in learning Welsh or Scottish Gaelic, these aren't much good.

A number of Swedish universities offer distance-learning modules that are taught in English, they are also free. You could do some of these to satisfy your academic interest, and potentially transfer the uni credits into an Open University qualification.

Some of these links might not work anymore...but try these:

Wow, thank you for this list! I didn't think I'd get any reply at all haha. And taught in either English or French is fine. Do you know of any modules/degrees for the languages I mentioned taught in French, by any chance? Otherwise the the Swahili at Gothenberg and Hindi at Uppsala look especially promising

I think the Université Toulouse Jean Jaurès does some distance-learning language degrees.

Ooh, do you know of any free-standing distance learning modules in Welsh or Irish?
