Is Gamal a common spelling in Arab countries other than Egypt, or is it only used in that dialect?? Because of how the ج is pronounced as 'g' in Egyptian dialect

Some of them do that thing. You know there are about 50+ forms of arabic dialects and each have their unique tone, so I can't say if they use the same method as well :redface:

If I had a baby boy i'd name him: Noah, Hisham or Yunus
if I had a girl I'd name her: Hawaa, Aila-Noor, Layla, Mia or Ayman

As someone with both 'ع' and 'ذ' in his name I'd recommend names without just Arabic sounds, cause then it'll be pronounced wrong the entire time.
E.g.: Adam, Yusif, Bahy, Ziad, Shihab, Gamal, Galal, Ehab or Salma, Mona, Nada, Layla, Amal, Reehab, Amira, Haneen
