QUB - Elms bt9 accommodation

Hi, I just got my room in elms village, it's in ash03, has anyone here been assigned a room nearby? I'm from Norway and really excited to start uni so it would be nice to talk to someone in the same situation. My course will be psychology.

Scratch that - got my room offer a few hours ago! In my overreaction I forgot to note down my room lol, but im pretty sure its either Sycamore 3 or Sycamore 9 (if that's a thing).

Can I ask NI students how they will be able to afford to live in Elms accommodation when the fees are so much higher than the allocated Maintenance . Is it £3,475 a year? Are you all having to pay a thousand pounds extra or thereabouts yourselves to be able to afford it?
