Car insurance credit check?

Hello my car insurance is due next month im planning to pay it yearly.
if do that will they carry out a credit check on me?
id expected it for monthly payments but unsure about yearly.

Soft credit checks, yes, but they'll only do a hard check if you pay monthly.

It's a moot point; they only check to make sure you don't have any CIFAS markers and you actually exist.
