Reach for the Cloud 9(s)

hi, i'm fatma, this is my year 11 gyg. i love writing, ranting and sharing study tips and experiences, and would love a way to look back on my documented exam season in the coming years.

my largest ambition is to read medicine at magdalen college, oxford :smile:

my favourite subjects: biology, philosophy, chemistry
least favourite: geography or physics
a-levels?: bio, chem, RS, maths + medical EPQ

outside of lessons
- debating society member
- first aider
- founder and leader of my school's medical society
- volunteer weekly at nursing home
- work experience at GP surgery in summer of year 10
- avid reader (consuming books at an unhealthy rate)

my aims of year 11
> try to be as stress-free as possible
> all 8s and 9s (erm...)
> furthering my medical application :smile:

Wow a future medic! Good luck with everything tho, you seem to be really motivated compared to old me. Don't even ask me what I was doing back in year 10. Don't worry too much about your mock grades - first of all they're really good and secondly you have a lot of time to improve on it!

I'm going into year 11 too :biggrin:

Yep it does! GCSEs literally pop up from nowhere ... but somehow I felt that yr12 was quicker for some reason

21.08.19: the prodigal poster returns
hi! so today is the day before GCSE results, just want to say good luck to anyone who might be reading!
this week i've so far:
- finished all notes for all subjects except english lit and physics
- done some stationery shopping at WH Smith (day folder, further maths folder, black pens, miscellaneous items such as flashcards)
-filmed an intro for my first youtube video!

how's everyone week been? school's starting soon, and i'm not as hyped/stressed as i thought i'd be????
i'm starting a tag list soon (finally figured out how) so send an x if you like to be tagged?
