Were Madeline McCanns parents involved
Its been 12 years since the girl disappeared
do you really think her parents had anything to do with the disappearance of their daughter?
Iv read some of the evidence but my hesitations are
- they had absolutely no reason to do anything to their daughter
- they were two wealthy and intelligent people
- even if they did administer sedatives of some kind as GPs /doctors the two of them surely would not have messed this up .
I like to believe they were nothing to do with it and that some day this case gets resolved for that poor girls sake whatever happened to her is discovered.

I am of the opinion that they were, Richard D Hall analyses the case quite in depth in his YouTube video and he does go into a lot of detail; very interesting, would recommend you watch

I'm in 2 minds over it all. I don't want to believe that they had anything to do with her disappearance, but my gut instinct says that thyy had something - I don't know what, maybe they somewhat 'planned' it? I know that sounds stupid it just all seems a bit weird how the intruder took M but not her twin siblings - who would have probably been easier to carry 🤷*♀️
EDIT: 1 of the twins, who may have stirred when hearing a noise, would have been easier. M would have probably slept through it.
I'm probably totally wrong in all this, but there's just something not right.

Innocent until proven guilty.
Only they and Madeleine really know.
Personally I doubt that they committed any serious crime in Portugal.
If they had the Portuguese authorities would have prevented them from leaving the country, held them both in jail for months and put them on trial.

No one knows for sure apart from them. From an outsider's perspective, even if they weren't directly involved in Madeleine's disappearance, it seems like they aren't telling the full story of their movements/actions for some reason (probably through fear of being implicated due to doing something that may seem suspicious given the events that unfolded).

They left their young children alone to go and eat a meal. Fundamentally wrong and I think if they had been a family on low income social services would have been involved.

thats very circumstantial, the sketch is of 1 person so it cant be both of them, alot of pedophiles were in portugal and alot of children went missing at the same time as madeleine so I dont get how it proves it was them?

Their incompetence as parents was the reason for their daughters abduction. Had they been on holiday in Florida instead of Portugal they would have been arrested for reckless child endangerment and been looking at prison time. US law is strict with regard to parental responsibility toward children.
Its an interesting theory but all the evidence is circumstantial so It still seems very unlikely
Never heard of this before. Surely it would have been investigated if there were any suspicions?
