I applied in October 2018.
My application still states being reviewed.
No Sift Feedback on the online account.

As many have mentioned....it doesn't move for months at a time.

Some get application/interview/offer really quickly, others are waiting for months. (I'm nearly a year)
I applied for Glasgow and Edinburgh.

Received a mail in December stating that there are no vacancies in either are.
However, they have opened up a brand new application including Edinburgh and Glasgow again.

It's very confusing and seems like a challenging way of recruiting.
So many applications.

Did you get any Sift Feedback given or updated to your application?

I applied for Glasgow and Edinburgh back in 2018.

Application is still under review. Haha. That's the only reason I ask.

For both the online tests it says I meet the minimum standard.

I am now doing my application.
It says more information requested or something along those lines.

I know someone who is a BFO and apparently this year's selection process is different.

It's a strange one.
I've mailed recruitment and asked for an update on my last application and if I am required to apply again.

I have to do a personal statement that answers 1 question then a CV but the CV is to be loaded into their own form.

I wish I knew the answer, someone in this thread said that they are serving BFO and it took them nearly an year for entire process.

I submitted mine Wednesday night, all day Thursday it was on hold then Friday it changed to under review.

It says in the candidate pack that the reviews will start on the 4th with interviews starting the 16th. I've seen others stating they already have interviews but I think it's all down to location.
