In order to become an airline pilot, you must be able to obtain and keep a Class 1 Medical Certification. If you are unable to obtain and keep one, then unfortunately, you will not be able to achieve the career - CAA regulations.

I'm not certain on whether your eye condition would rule you exempt from getting a Class 1; if you can correct it, then i'm sure you could get one, but you would have to make the examiner aware of that.

Best advice would be to go to the CAA website: https://www.caa.co.uk/Aeromedical-Examiners/Medical-standards/Pilots-(EASA)/Conditions/Visual/Visual-system-guidance-material-GM/
See if you can find your condition and it will say whether it is accepted or not, or if not, they may recommend what to do in order to correct it.
