I have a job interview tmrw and the role pays £30k. After deductions, it’ll works out at £2k/month or £90/day, and after maintenance on average would leave you say with £1k to spare per month.

So is this wage respectable? What is a decent wage?

30k in a low COL northern town = great
30k in central London = not so great
It’s in c London. So not so great for a grad job? What is a good for that location then

It would depend what the market rate is for your field. £30k is a good start for most.

Best of luck with your interview.

What is the job role? What degree did you graduate with? Very hard to judge without any context.

It depends on your aspirations, lifestyle, location, hours and the requirements of the job.
