so i was lazy and can only send in my application next week now as it's too late. HELP. Will my uni kick me out?

The NHS bursary application has nothing to do with your offer of a university place. The consequences of sending it later are probably that you won't get your first payment on time and will have to pay your accommodation/living costs with savings, money from parents etc.

To get a reply from the NHS bursary people? It depends. As you've waited until the last possible minute, you should expect to wait longer than others (as this is their busiest time), so potentially a good couple of weeks.
