Don't see a screen (TV, phone or laptop) after 9pm.
Drink a hot drink and read until 9:30.
Then change into PJs and brush your teeth.
Be in bed by 10pm and GO TO SLEEP.
Set 2 alarms, 1 for 5:28am and one for 5:30am.

Why do I feel like your mother?

as someone with no sleep schedule who will sleep from like 1am-11am if undisturbed, but has work at 6am on sundays, i can say that if theres something important I have to do when I wake up I will eventually force myself out of bed because the consequences are far worse lol. Just set an alarm a 10 mins before you need to wake up and one at the latest possible time you can get up. make sure you at least try to go to sleep early enough too, and dont waste time on your phone before falling asleep.

Going to bed a bit earlier helps. Normally I'll tell myself the night of that I must wake up tomorrow
Setting an alarm is a good idea - perhaps you could try setting multiple alarms (even across different devices) within a time frame.

E.g. 5:15-5:30 - set an alarm for every 3 minutes on an app or something.
Sounds excessive but usually works

Set several alarms but put your phone or alarm clock across the room from you so you physically have to get out of bed to turn it off

Where do we get it from. Do we have to milk some fairies?
