Drinking 6 litres of water a day and still behind on the intake

Well last week was a complete right off given the heat. In waterproofs it was unrelentingly awful. No exercise for me as I spent my evenings drinking litres upon litres of water

Had a meeting last night

This evening, went to play badminton. Rolled my ankle in warm up. It's horrid right now
You've not had much luck recently. Swift recovery!
So since I last wrote, my ankle is a low grade tear, it is still swollen
Also been diagnosed with tennis elbow and I've partially torn my shoulder part of my bicep tendon

So where am I up to now?

Spent a fair wack of money on physio, no real improvement.

My forearm pain has progressed, my ECU tendon hurts on both sides, worst on my left which is my main arm used at work. The areas in between my metacarpals on all my fingers are swollen and painful. I have medial wrist pain worst on my right which I believe is Dr Quervains tendonpathy if Google is correct (#selfdiagnosis) and my first finger bone on both index fingers and thumbs hurt and sometimes swell up. My ankle has not healed still, it is healing but crawling along tbh. I have started getting worse bouts of psoriasis on my face and hands recently. in the past I used to get very small amounts, but currently my eyelids make me look like I've been punched

If you Google all these symptoms it comes up as Rheumatoid Arthritis (or its cousin Psoartic Arthritis) which is concerning as I've been misdiagnosed with it in the past. As luck would have it, I have my annual review with my rheumatologist next week (my knee is a unijoint autoimmune arthritis and also osteoarthritis). Hopefully I'll get some answers as currently struggling to do my job and lifting is impossible. I did do 910m in the pool today though

Did 36 lengths in the pool last Wednesday
Today 38 in a much quicker time
Appointment with rheumatologist tomorrow. ****ting myself ngl
