Loads of threads on this on TSR.

Just make a list of attributes you have that contribute to learning ability.
Divide them into strengths and weaknesses plus inbetween.

Maybe 3-5 for each.

Write about them in relation to whichever learning theory you have studied in class or your textbook.

They are just looking for a bit of objective self analysis, logical structure and application of facts to theory.
