i mean, research the average thats needed in a meal. Take that advice with a pinch of salt though, it sometimes depends on your body and do you feel satiated from that or not. If you feel that you're still hungry after it it means you've not eaten enough so just experiment and see what works best for you.

Eat like an adult; know how many calories you should be eating. Eat that amount with a decent amount of fruit and veg
