It says i'm in the avaerage weight section but everyone my height seems to be around 50 kg
Every body is different. It can be muscle or fat, or simple the way you are. They might be under weight. Everyone is different. As long as you feel comfortable and happy in your body, as well as healthy, that's all that matter.
How old are you? 61 kg at 5 ft 3 puts you in the healthy weight category in terms of BMI for adults  a 5ft3 adult is classified as healthy if they're anything from 47.6 kg to 63.5 kg

Depends on your age too.
But your muscle, fat and bone density are different from everyone else.
