I was studying dance higher education at a college and due to lack of attendance and multiple problems I had going on at home leading to me not being 100% committed I was withdrawn in March 2019 I was told I’d be able to re apply if I wanted I’ve emailed the head of HE and she has said that I am not allowed to attend until 2021 but I feel like this surely cannot be right and now she is ignoring my emails. Any suggestion on what should be done ?

Would it be that you'd restart the course at the point where you dropped out? And this year she can't be sure if there would be a space available in March?

You could try emailing someone else to ask about their policies for reapplying if you have dropped out. If she's not following the policy, you may be able to make a complaint.

Are there any other colleges you could look at?
